I love squats!!! Huggles

In other good news, My house is on the mend!! While we were at the gym and gymnastics, my “helper” Dayna, came over and cleaned for a couple of hours and I quote” Michelle, I don’t think your house has ever been this messy!” She should have seen it last night before I cleaned TIA and LAYLA’s mess up and before I did about 10 loads of laundry.

ANYHOW~ it feels good to have it cleaner.

In between several of these sets I jumped rope, some abs, did some sprinting drills and some calves (105×25, 155×20)
And Chatted with the gym staff Smiling

in between these I did some jumping rope and some sprinter lunges

It doesn’t look like much but It was!

It is all GOOOOOOD!!
