    Hi! Great to find this on the web! Yeah! I have just one question….can I do the HT if I am nursing?

      Yes you can…do you have a period yet? If you don’t, You can start by doing a buffing phase for 2 weeks then boosting for 2 week- once you get your period you will easily be able to adjust your buffing/boosting to your hormones then.

    Day 1 of the challenge for me. Really didn’t want to do anything today. Not feeling very motivated but thought of the advice to “Just Do It” ~ so I did. 2 mile jog.

    Hello,
    I can identify with you, really! I too have 4 kids, have competed NPC and won! However, my children are ages 22, 19, 15 and 4. I haven’t been on your website for sometime, i’m glad you hit me with the invite for the 40 day challenge. I just competed in May, and will use the 40 day challenge to reset my training goals.
