    Wow! 40 days seemed such a long time at the start, but it really went fast. Thanks so much for the daily tips and motivation. I am going to strive to keep up the good habits I have started. Final stats – weight down 13 lbs, 3 inches off waist, 1.5 inches off hips, back in size 6 (loose) and better muscle definition than I’ve ever had. Missed 1 day of working out in 40 days, 5 X week weights, 7 days a week cardio. Really excited about my trip to Mexico, looking forward to looking better in a bikini than I have in YEARS!

    I can’t begin to tell you how motivating your daily emails have been. When I wake up in the morning and my stomach is screaming “DONUTS” I look at your emails and think “What Would Michelle Do?” and I eat a piece of fruit or some almonds. (there are some days when I don’t like you very much ; ) )

    I did purchase the hormonal timing pills and also a protein suppliment. I’m a vegetarian – and didn’t realize how much protein I was lacking.

    What a great experience! I lost so many inches and it motivated me to find ways of working exercise into my daily routine that I will be able to stick with. As a side note, I have almost no PMS symptoms after two months on the hormonal timimg! Love it all!

    Well, where to begin. I’m pretty sure I’ve blogged everyday except yesterday. It was my 21st anniversary and did not want to get close to a computer ;) My husband had said yesterday, “Whatever I’ve been doing over these past 40 days has been working and don’t stop!”

    Thanks Michelle! What a great idea and fun, too! I picked up some great tips and it was fun to look forward to each new one in the morning.

    Over the 40 days I did great with my exercising and shaped up my eating quite a bit.

    I’m now 23 weeks pregnant and feel great that I’m exercising and eating well for baby (we found out its a girl!)

    You’re an inspiration, I can’t wait to get ripped post baby and help prove to moms all over that having babies doesn’t mean the end of a hot bod. :) Not to mention being such a great role model.

Despite my setbacks here are my targeted measurements: weight 118 (achieved!) bodyfat 17% (achieved!) waist 26″ (the same, boo hiss).
