HERE I am!

HERE I am!! I’ve been lost in a swirl of weekend fun and Monday madness~PLUS the 4th of July Excitement in making it hard for me to get any work done! Freedom week!! We are blessed to be FREE!!
To recap the end of last week:
Fri- LEGS
Sat- 10 min run and 3 Sprints with lunges between
Sunday- Off
Today- 90mins of Tennis so far…we are heading back out again in a bit…Travis and I have a blast playing and improving!
My POA for the week is to fly by the seat of my pants~ no plan, no stress, no worries!! BUT know I will get in many awesome workouts~ but I’m taking each one as it comes.

Time for some chillaxin’

workout is DONE!! Chest, abs and intervals!!! Now time for some chillaxin’!
here’s how it went:
Warm up- tanning
Bench
45×20
95x10x3sets -abs between- reverse crunch pulsese and crunches and
115x10x2 sets- abs between knee ups and leg raises on bench and bench dips also
Incline hammer press
90x10x3sets
abs between sets- knee ups on roman chair and hanging sit ups
Fly machine-
2 sets
45×20 reps
55×12
ABS between sets- Boxing drill- side to side shoulder movement
Tricep extension machine
55×10
60×10
Abs between- hanging sit ups
dips
11, 9
Incline flys
35x10x2sets
paired with isolation bicep curls
2 sets
and tricep extensions with BB
55×6
45x10x2sets
Run intervals- 15 mins total easy mins at 7mph hard mins at:
1x1min @8 mph
3x2mins @ 9mph
I started taking creatine again today to see if It’ll help me recover from my mma training~ OUCHIE!! I am sore in some weird places, lol!

Shoot to do a “workout” at least every other day that would be 3-4 days a week and if you can CONSISTENTLY do that you will see results!!

- Start date Monday 9/14
- to be eligible to win You must: sign up for the contest prior to start date, take starting stats/photos and final stats/photos(body fat optional) and submit a Final ENTRY

Judging:
A panel of 5 judges (leaders in Team BuffMother) will pick their top 3 picks for the WINNER based on participation, results, attitude, their Super STAR quality and consistency. Each judges picks will be put on a piece of paper (15 little pieces of paper) will be placed in a hat and the winner drawn from there.
Suggested Optional Participation:
- Be an active member of the Rally Room (the judges of the contest are Rally Room leaders, so the more “visible” to them you are the better chance you have at winning)
- Consider joining the Video Coaching By BuffMother! SSS program
- Blog your progress and encourage others in the contest (a great place to do this is in the Rally Room )
- Weekly post your POA (plan of attack) for the next week
- Weekly do your best to participate in the “weekly MINI challenge”
Final Entry Questionaire- Once the 10 week contest is complete….please copy and paste this into a word document, fill out your questions and send it along with your stats and photos to SSSentry@buffmother.com.

ENCOURAGING OTHERS!!!….
Do you want to have a MOJO filled life…the motivation to keep going towards your goals without fail? Do you want to feel on top of it, focused and positive synergy?
Well…let me share my secret with you “THE KEY to your MOJO (motivation) is to encourage OTHERS!!” Let’s all be sure to take some time this week to reallly encourage others~ if you read a blog, please take the extra 2 seconds to comment with something…even a WTG! or a “hi” is all someone may need to get a SPARK…and guess what you’ll be stoking your own MOJO!
Let’s really focus on commenting/encouraging others a ton this week which in turn stokes our own MOJO!
