40 days to FIT!! Day 23 & 24 WEB work!

Sorry I missed out on being my normal “interactive” self online yesterday; I’ve been working hard on my Website’s Store…I am rather proud of how much of a TECHNICAL Genius I am becoming, lol!!
I also had to run several big errands yesterday, which meant my computer time was cut short and I missed my workout~ SHEESH!! how did I let that happen?? My only explanation is that “ITs JUST my HORMONES!!”. I felt the effects of cycle day 24 yesterday for sure! NOT anything too Bad (like being crabby, stressed or depressed) but I did have a total lack of focus…everything I tried to do took 10 times longer than it should have.
This is a short week for the kids at school too, so My “work week” has been cut by 1 day…which means I need to get a lot more stuff done today! I’ve already got my workout done~ YAY!! I did it right after getting the kids off to school:
LEGS~
warm up r-bike 7 mins
Squats
warm up- bar- stretch- bar some more…I was really stiff!!

70×10…felt a bit of a back strain here so I opted to be safe than sorry (not sure if it was from the lunges or the hanging sit ups??)
Leg extensions

50×10x2 sets- one leg at a time

Sissy Squats
15repsx2 sets really squeezing glutes
That was all…I took NO-EXPLODE first thing this morn despite knowing I shouldn’t~ I can’t take it as a pre-workout, I get tummy issues and cramps from it. I can however take it after workouts as long as I’ve already eaten something…I’ve decided that I’m not going to buy it again. It’s the only creatine product I’ve ever used that’s created this kind of tummy issue for me. There plenty other creatines that work better for me.
BTW- I had a SUPER powerhouse upper body workout on MONDAY evening!
HORMONES+CREATINE = PERSONAL BESTS!!
Gotta go shower, eat and work!

Wild Day~ great leg workout!!

Aloha,
I feel like I am in Hawaii, suddenly it is almost hot here…seriously it was close to shorts weather here today!!
My day started with an hour of driving: to school, to the car shop, to Trav’s work, to preschool, home–a break then off to the gym–then the reverse of that this afternoon!
While I was home today I was on the phone working, making travel arrangements and getting PUMPED for my trip to NYC–which will be next week–oh and did I tell you?? It is my first time there
Okay, enough complaining, lol! I really need to stop that habit
This afternoon, I got my package of cool clothes from VS for my trip to NYC…a couple things were too small and neither pairs of my shoes fit, so what does a good girl like me do? Order more stuff!! I still need to get some good shoes, but maybe those will be easier to find at Dillards here? of all shopping shoe shopping is the BEST, plus I could hit Finish Line for a new pair of SHOX…
that may be a good plan!
I had a GREAT workout day at the gym today, legs–my most favorite body part–hot sexy legs–BOOOYAAA!
Warm up r-bike 7 mins
and 2 sets of 90# leg press about 30 reps each set with some calves afterward

Dead lifts
135×10x4 all conventional really focused on using glutes to explode the weight up
Seated rotary calf
135×20 knees slightly extra bent
180×10x3 legs more straight
Walking lunges
60’s on back x15×2 up and down posture
went tanning…so I look GOOOOD in NY!!
Then:
Knee extensions* paired with core work

hanging sit ups- 2 sets, the first super concentrated on slow eccentric
lower back extensions- 1 big set of about 50
More walking lunges
60#x15×2 leaning forward posture (called Russian lunge) to stretch/activate butt even more
That was it!

of Energy!! Brenda is a mother, a Nurse Practitioner and a DIE HARD BuffMother!! She is stepping on stage this weekend at Bluff’s Classic in for her very first Figure contest!! WOW~ she’s been on quite the journey since joining our TEAM in May of 2008! From the moment Brenda joined I KNEW she was special and so Special in fact that she won our SuperStar Success Contest last year! The prize was to be a SUPER STAR in my hormonal timing infomercial so in Dec of 2008 she was flown to LA for the shoot!! It was a blast seeing her in her new SUPER STAR body! She’s keep strong and kept pushing hard and has inspired thousands of women in her journey. Brenda is a TRUE SuperHero! I am so proud of her and I know she’s going to rock the stage on Saturday!!
