Teresa is has has a huge impact on me over the past 5 years. Her determination and vision have inspired me time and time again. She BELIEVED she could be Buff~ and guess what happened?? She attained her goal! Her hard work and determination to succeed is so fun to see…I am very blessed to have her in my life! Each day I get to witness her learning more, loving life more, and sharing more of herself with others. She is impacting lives on a daily basis!! I stumbled across the website of Buffmother.com. I think my positive vibes connected me to the Buffmother website. There appeared this beautiful, buff women who was also a Mom. At that time I was a 46 year old mother of 3 and I wanted what was right in front of me. So, I began reading the Buffmother website and blogs everyday. I emailed and she Michelle set up a workout program for me.
I couldn’t have achieved my success this far without the “Buffmother” website, the Rally Room”, my cool Buffmother tank!!”

Lots going on = Joy!

I love it when I have Lots going on, to me being BUSY= JOY!!! I hate, hate, hate being bored- so since busy is the opposite of bored I love it! From time to time I do need to “decompress” and do nothing and rest- that’s the way God made us, right? Busy, busy, busy for 6/7 th’s of my life is just about perfect!
Today I’m in the ZONE~ finishing work now, before the LONG Holiday weekend! Tomorrow my weekend starts!! I’ll be playing tennis, golfing, lifting weights, sprinting, lighting fireworks, BBQ’ing, playing all sorts of games….all because I am FREE!!
FREEDOM ROCKS!!

DREAM again!!

it’s time to DREAM again!! DREAMING is a source of JOY! It’s fun to think about the things we’d love to do and see in life. It’s also fun to FEEL a sense of purpose in our dreams. God has destined us all to fulfill specific things in life. Often those items come to us initially as a “dream” . Many times the dream can be so BIG we can’t fathom it actually becoming reality.
I challenge you to DREAM big dreams and Take ACTION toward making that dream a reality. You may be amazed at how it may just come true! I know in my life I’ve seen many DREAMS come true and I EXPECT many more of my dreams to be fulfilled in the days, months and years to come!!

Yesterday, I was BEAT- very tired…I think the tennis and heat wor me out! I felt better in the afternoon so we ended up going bowling as a family~ it’s so fun to see my kids getting better and better at bowling.
Then last evening, I had a good run~
I ran 2 times around my block- about a 10 min run (.7mi each block)
rested (walked) for 1.5 mins
Sprinted 100m
rested (walked) for 2 mins
Sprinted 100m
rested (walked) for 2 mins
Sprinted 100m
rested (walked) for 1min
ran 1 more time around the block
It felt good to sprint again!! I ran 2 sprints on Saturday.
Here in just a bit we are going to go workout- Chest/tris and let the kids swim while we are lifting.

Joyous June!

HEY ALL!! June is here and I LOVE IT!! June has to be my favoirite month- it’s full of FUN and excitement!!! June is JOYOUS!!
That’s why I’ve decided to make “Joyous June” my daily blogging theme for this month.
Joyous is a descriptive word that personifies happiness!! Joy is a wonderful emotion!! Some of it’s shynonyms include: blessed, blithe, cheerful, delighted, ecstatic, exuberant, festive, glad, gleeful, heartwarming, jocular, jolly, joyful, jubilant, merry, mirthful, pleased, spirited, upbeat, vigorous, wonderful
June goals:
Finish SX70 Strong!! 2 weeks to go!! then it’s my Birthday
Stay HAPPY!! HEALTH and HORNEY! LOL!! SEX is on the mind!!
R&R in AZ with my sissy- NO PRESSURE!! Sun Pool, LAUGHING, reading, relaxing and working out-all fun stuff!
Have fun with my kids the last week of school- Field days!!
Celebrate the success of our Competition TEAMS’s Success and the SEXY in 70 entrantants!! WHOOHOO!!
I’ve gotta go get a few NEW things posted for the SX70 contest!! It’s our final PHASE~ PHASE 5!!! TIME TO KICK IT!!

What Energizes You??

I think it’s very neat how each and everyone one of us are different~ what gets one person EXCITED can be extremely BORING to someone else. That’s why I am wondering WHAT ENERGIZES YOU? Will you share your answer with me by commenting here?
Some of the things that energize me are:
- Encouraging others- When I encourage others it keeps me energized to stay accountable myself and to set a good example~ otherwise I’d feel like a hypocrite
- Competition- give me a way to compete with someone and I will get intense!
- Performing- I like the pressure of needing to “perform”; I rise to the occasion and “turn it ON”
- Teaching others- I love sharing what I know with others~ I pride myself on being able to explain complicated things in a way that is not so complicated.
- SPORTS! I love playing and watching soooo many sports~ I used to think I should have been born a boy.
- RESULTS- getting results from something I worked towards energizes me to keep going!
- Seeing others succeed!! Success Stories are so inspirational and energizing
- Hormones- I am obsessed with hormones, lol!
- Supplementation- I love doing HUMAN experiments on myself and learning about every type of nutrient known to man!
- Exercise and Sports Science~ I am a total nerd when it comes to this stuff! I really love reading research articles, medical journals about anything to do with training and sports supplementation research, etc…I should really go back to school and get my masters or doctorate in it.
On the other hand, some things that DO NOT energize me are:
- Handyman stuff
- Tools
- Crafts, Sewing, scrapbooking, etc…
- Cooking, cleaning, housework
- homework
- reading for leisure (unless I have a reason to read something, you won’t find me reading)…I do like looking a pictures in magazines
- decorating
- shopping- unless it’s for shoes, I like shoes!
- basic hygiene- I hate showering, shaving, blow drying my hair, putting on lotion, make up, etc…I do it, but I don’t like it!~LOL!
