Today’s workout was with DH again…we’ve workout 3 days together this week!! FUN STUFF!!
Today…I hit a recent Bench pb~ 135×6 times; 145x3times and I did 155×1 with a LITTLE TINY help ![]()
Here’s the breakdown of my workout
Warm up chest press 2 sets and 1 set of push ups (15 reps)
Bench 45×25 95×10 135×6!! 145×4 (3 by myself, the 4th with assistance) 155×1- like a said with a tiny bit of help
135×5 Wide Hammer flat Bench machine 90×10 110×10 140x8x2
Dips 10 (another recent high), 8
Incline Flys 40′sx8x2sets
Tricep push downs- 4 sets lots of reps!
Intervals on treadmill- 20 mins most high mins at 9 with recovery at 7. 1 min was at 10.8mph
In an e-mail today I read the following and though it was good enough to share:

Hey Y’all!!
It is day 11 of 70….can you believe we are over 1/7th done with the contest!!! Let’s keep up the great mojo and BE HOTT for the upcoming holidays~ speaking of which Halloween is just 5 weeks away….The perfect amount of time to see some KILLER results and enable you to wear a FUN costume!! I may just have to dress up this year….HMMM………I ‘ll have to get thinking and then find a PARTY to go to!
My peace today was found with DH…he just left now for work, a wee bit late
BUT we had a GREAT POSITIVE conversation, a PINKY SWEAR and a prayer about out future life!!! It is so peaceful to know I have a partner in life- FOR LIFE!!! I found peace in my LOVE and intimacy with my DH!!!
My workout yesterday totally ROCKED!!!!!
I felt amazing for having been so ill this week….I think it may be the raisins I had pre-workout…EVERY TIME I EAT RAISINS I have KILLER workouts!!!

Then last night we had ROAST for supper–yummy!! and I had a root beer float for dessert and my treat.
Still no bread or grains for me this week except for 2 spoonfuls of macaroni n cheese.
I watched some TV last night~
BIONIC WOMAN!!!! I used to love that show when I was a kid…now they have a new one…I think I may just have to watch it every week!!
And TUF!!! I love cage fighting!!
Now I need to get to work~ but I plan on getting to the gym after lunch for a leg workout!!

Fun!! outside workout~

FUN!!! outside workout….But first since sept is find your peace month…..I found peace after shaving my legs today~ OH so much better now!!!
My workout was a FUN outside workout~ I love that it is cooling down a bit out there~ still about 80-85 though.
warm up
walk around the small block with the twins…about .5 mile
then backyard
Circuit #1-
inverted pull ups
lat focus 20, bi focus 12, rhomboid focus 12
lat focus 15, bi focus 10, rhomboid focus 15
paired with circle swing set (boxer stance/shuffle jabs)
alternating directions
2 times around x4, 3 times aroundx2
Circuit #2-
side jumps like speed skater
legs only
4 sets x 30 reps (total)
legs with upper side swing
2 sets x30 reps
paired with
perfect push ups
20, 12, 10, 10, 13, 8
I felt like I was going to puke when I had 2 sets left on circuit #2….so I took a bit extra break in there to jot down all I had done.
It was a GREAT workout~
I am so excited about this weekend, we get to go away for a FIGHT NIGHT with no kiddos~ It is going to be so fun!!!! I need this DATE BAD!!!

I was hoping to post this early this morning, but LIFE took over and now about 17 hours later, I am posting~
I found peace today having lunch with my friend Emily…she is so cool! I am happy to call her a friend.
My goal today was to get in a good workout, but guess what…it didn’t happen~ Oh well!
So here is my NEW POA for the week:
T- buffing begins…normally I’d take pics, but I’ll wait until later in the week so they can be my official Holiday Hottie starting pics!! I am so pumped for this contest- yehaw!!
workout- LEGS! at the gym
W-Run outside…some sprints smile
Th- Upper body home workout and punch BOB cardio!!
F-Legs somewhere, lol!
S- run again…I’d love to do some sprints again, but I really need new shoes~ so if they are here by then I’ll do them
Sun- off as usual–Mentally prep for Holiday Hottie contest
I am wearing my jeans today…and they are quite comfy for just post a bad girl boost, lol. But I am sure I’ve lost leg muscle AGAIN! So that’s my goal for the week to PUMP them UP again, lol!
Okie dokie~ off to buy me some new Nike R4 shox!!

I found my peace today in sleeping in….I had a little Layla join me, she is still not feeling 100%, but it was what I needed a bit of extra sleepy time with a little 4 year old.
I had no workout today, but I didn’t post last nights yet:

then cardio fighting with my BOB~ It was a blast!! I WILL incorporate more of this in my workouts!!
UFC last night, was very disappointing. All but one of “my fighters” lost…I like Bispbing who did win, but he didn’t deserve it, the fight was “fixed” in my opinion. OH well, that’s the sport, you never know what’s gonna happen!!
I am excited for this week!!! I’ll post my plan and stuff in the morning,
time to get the kids to bed!!
